I‘m excited to hear that Jared Ingersoll from Danks Street Depot opens his new restaurant and bar, Cotton Duck, located at Holt Street, Surry Hills. I have delighted in many a yummy times treating my family & friends to his delicious fresh approach to food at DSD, and knowing he stands his ground on freshness, I’m all in for his new baby & the creation of his specially brewed beer just for Cotton Duck.
Cotton Duck will be serving a degustation menu ranging from light to more dishes and choices from 3 courses $55 or 4 courses at $85.
The menu showcases seasonal, sustainable and local ingredients, to create modern fine dining creations by head chef Penny Williams and Jared Ingersoll.
